Our application process is meant to allow you to get to know our preschool and our philosophy. It also provides us with the opportunity to get to know you and the things that are important to you in your child’s preschool. Our admission process is outlined below. The annual tuition for the 2018-19 school year is $11,086 per child. Tuition for the 2019-20 school year will be set later this winter.
September – February

November 7, 2018, December 5, 2018, January 16, 2019
Attend a Prospective Parent Meeting. This meeting, held in the evenings during the fall and winter, will allow you to hear more about our program, see our school and classroom space and meet current Mary Meyer School parents. You can attend this meeting before or after submitting an application and is not a required part of the process (though it is recommended). Since we only have room for a limited amount of people in each meeting, reservations are required. This meeting is for parents only.
February 4, 2019
Prior to this date, submit our online application for admission and pay the application fee. This application can be submitted at any time between September and February. Please call us to discuss possible vacancies if you are applying after our deadline.
January – February, 2019
Attend a Classroom Visit. This visit is a required part of the process and takes place after you have submitted an application for admission. You will have the opportunity to observe a class in session to observe the activities, teachers and rhythms of the day. This visit will last approximately one hour and your host will be a current Mary Meyer School parent. This visit is for parents only.
Admission decisions mailed. We will consider your child for admission to Mary Meyer School once all of the parts of the process have been completed. We are a small school and must wait to hear from our current students about their plans for returning before announcing admission decisions for new students. If you are offered admission you must return to us a signed contract and $1,500 deposit. Admission decisions will continue after April as space becomes available.
